6:00 AM-6 PM: Tour of the Idaho fruit and wine-producing areas, Symms Fruit Ranch packing operation and ‘Pink Lady’ apple orchard, Henggeler high density ‘Gala’ apple, Western Laboratories, U of Idaho Pomology Research Orchards and vineyards rootstock trial, apple canopy architectures project, irrigation project, grape research, and laboratory. Lunch at Western Laboratories, Parma, Idaho.
